If you have ordered the wrong size, or after trying the sandals you realize they are not exactly your model, you can exchange the product within 7 days. The sandals should be in their original packing and without any visible signs of usage. Shipping cost to return the sandals will be covered by you.

Please note that real leather stretches slightly over time. So if you find the sandals just a bit stiff or tight at first try, bear in mind that they will fit you perfectly after you put them on a few times.

Returns

You have the right to return your sandals within 7 days of purchase without any reason. Camelsandals.eu is obliged to refund the amount you paid according to the Bulgarian legislation (Art.55 from the Consumer Protection Act). The sandals should be in their original packing and without any visible signs of usage. Shipping costs to return the sandals are at your expense.
